Return Policy

The following information constitutes our Return Policy as it relates to general merchandise we carry in our store. To learn more about our policies regarding handcrafted pet apparel and accessories manufactured in our studio, please check out our Shipping and Cancellation Policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our store consists of products sourced from around the globe, we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges, except for damaged items.

If you'd like to contact us regarding your order or if you'd like to obtain authorization for a return of a product that arrived damaged, please email aloha@candlebakeshop.com. within 5 days of the date of delivery of your order.

If the item was damaged during transit, we will request for photos prior to authorizing a return. Please note that if an item is accepted for return, please ship the item back to us within 7 days of delivery (refunds will be provided in the form of store credit with Candle Bake Shop, minus the cost of shipping, and some items may be subject to a restocking fee).

We don't accept cancellations, but please contact us at aloha@candlebakeshop.com if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
