Shipping and Cancellation Policy
The following information constitutes our shipping and cancellation policies as it relates to gifts and accessories made in our studio, effective August 21, 2020. Shipping and cancellation policies may vary for other products not manufactured in-house, although they may or may not contain our designs (e.g., mugs, third party products, etc.). Please check out our Return Policy, for more information.
We reserve the right to make changes to these policies at any time, without notice.
Please note that the shipping timeline provided at checkout is an estimate as provided by our e-commerce platform, Shopify. The shipping timelines will follow each individual mail carrier's policy and cut-off times.

Shipping: In Stock Items
In-stock items typically ship within 24-72 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise noted.
Shipping: Made To Order Items
Made to order products typically ship within 5-10 business days, unless otherwise specified. Custom made to order products typically ship within approximately 14 business days, depending on complexity. Business days are Monday through Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM Eastern, excluding holidays.
We offer tracking on all of our shipments processed and delivered within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer tracking on international parcels at this time.
We will email you with your tracking information once your order ships out. We do not insure any of our outgoing parcels unless you select UPS, USPS Priority, or USPS Priority Express--these are automatically insured by USPS, up to $100.00 USD. In the event of a claim, the buyer will be responsible to contact and coordinate with UPS or USPS and its affiliates directly while holding Candle Bake Shop harmless for any loss, damage, theft, or delivery delays.
Lost, Damaged, Tampered, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels
We will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen, or delayed parcels once they leave our possession. To automatically insure your shipment within the United States up to $100.00 USD, please choose UPS, USPS Priority, or USPS Priority Express. Unfortunately, USPS First Class does not automatically come with insurance.
If you're in the United States and you would like for us to ship your order internationally, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will generate a custom listing for you with the appropriate shipping method and price quote in USD.
You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase of any in-stock or made-to-order products. We do not accept returns and will not issue refunds or exchanges on any custom and / or made to order products.
