Custom fabric printing takes an average of 5 - 7 business days (sometimes longer especially during peak holiday seasons, inclement weather, staff shortages due to COVID-19, etc.). This does not include the normal shipping time, which takes approximately 5 business days on average, depending on the carrier, inclement weather, and peak holiday seasons. If you need to receive your order by a certain date, please let us know. We will notify you via email in case fabric printing takes longer than 7 business days.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us with a photo of the damage / defect within 3 days of receipt. We will work with our manufacturing partners to resolve the issue.
